(OTC: CBIS), a U.S. company specializing in the development of cannabis-based medicine and related consulting, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Equi-Pharm LLC, a USA manufacturer and distributor of specialty horse and pet grooming and topical applications. The acquisition incorporates an extensive expansion plan for Equi-Pharm including "Large Animal" such as horses, cattle, sheep and the like and "Small Animal" or "Pets" include cats, dogs, pet snakes and the like for medical and cosmetic products.
